Please note that guests are offered with free 50 units of electricity consumption. Any exceeding consumption will be charged at THB 7 per one electrical unit.

Bed linen is changed once every 4 days while towels care changed every 2 days. Three sets of toiletries will be provided on the first night.

Smoking is not allowed indoors. Guests wishing to smoke, must smoke outdoors in the garden area. Extra charges and fines will be applied in case the guests smokes indoors.

Guests must clean all kitchenware, dishes and cooking utensils (if used) before departure from the property. A cleaning fee will be applied if the they are left uncleaned.

Please note that the villa is located in a residential area. The property kindly asks guests to keep the noise level to the minimum after 22:00 hrs. Please inform Momo Cosy Villa 3 Bedroom near Walking Street in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of THB 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
