Guests must provide an estimated time of arrival within the available check-in time of 12:00 and 18:00. Without providing an estimated time the property will not be able to arrange for staff to be present as the desk is not manned at all times between 12:00 and 18:00. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests arriving before 12:00 or after 18:00 (outside of permitted check in time) must provide a special request through Booking.com. A same day arrival booking estimated time of arrival must be provided with a minimum of 2 hours in advance of arrival. There is a late check-in fee of GBP 20 for guests arriving after 18:00. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
